Services and Obligations

Hermosa Photos offers professional photography services, including photo shoots, digital processing, and delivery of high-quality images. All services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking and to adhere to the established payment terms. Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Client Rights

The client has the right to receive the final images in digital format within the agreed timeframe and to request a single free correction of colors or exposure. Copyright of the images remains with Hermosa Photos, and the client receives a non-exclusive license for personal use.

Hermosa Photos Obligations

Hermosa Photos agrees to provide services professionally, maintain the confidentiality of client data, and deliver products according to specifications. In the event of force majeure, the delivery time may be extended by a maximum of 14 working days.

Responsibility and Limitations

Hermosa Photos is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue or opportunities, caused by delays or technical errors. The total liability of Hermosa Photos is limited to the value of the purchased services.

If the client fails to comply with the payment terms or provides incorrect information, Hermosa Photos reserves the right to suspend or cancel the services without a refund.

• Delivered images may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of Hermosa Photos.
• The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for private locations.
• Hermosa Photos does not guarantee permanent availability of the website and may interrupt access for maintenance.

Termination and Modifications

These conditions may be modified by Hermosa Photos at any time, with prior notice on the website. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In the event of a serious breach of the terms, Hermosa Photos may terminate user access without prior notice. Clauses regarding limitation of liability and confidentiality remain valid after termination.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Any misunderstanding will be resolved amicably within 30 days. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
