To avoid any misunderstanding, we have gathered a few essential clarifications regarding our services and how we work.

Terms

What does "standard photo session" mean?

A standard photo session includes up to 2 hours of shooting in a single location, with an unlimited number of digital frames delivered in an online gallery.

Policy

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available only if the order is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. After this deadline, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Rights

Who owns the copyright to the photos?

All copyrights remain the property of Hermosa Photos. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use, except for the direct resale of the images.

Locations

Can I choose any location for the photo session?

Yes, you can choose any location in Bucharest or Ilfov. For locations outside these areas, a transport supplement of 50 RON applies.

Equipment

What happens if my equipment breaks down during the session?

Hermosa Photos has backup equipment. In case of a malfunction, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, and the photos already taken remain in the client's possession.
